Return & Refund Policy
At Olsan, we stand behind the quality of our skincare and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please review our policy before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and skincare safety standards, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
A return is only accepted if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or leaking
- The item received was defective
- The item is different from what you ordered
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel for us to review your claim.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All labels, seals, accessories, and free gifts (if any) must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be returned.
3. Refunds, Replacements & Credit Vouchers
Once your return has been approved and verified, you will be eligible for one of the following:
a. Replacement Product
We can replace the item with a new one at no extra cost.
b. Refund
A refund can be issued through your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
c. Credit Voucher
You may choose to receive a credit voucher, which can be used on any future purchase from Olsan.
This voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened skincare products
- Items bought during sales, promotions, or discount campaigns
- Free gifts or complimentary items
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or mishandling
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once a parcel is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy above.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately to request cancellation.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items Received
- If you receive a damaged product, leaking container, wrong item, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must record a full unboxing video while opening the flyer or envelope, clearly showing the product and packaging.
- Provide photos or videos as proof when submitting your complaint.
- Once verified, we will resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund as per our policy.
