1. Order Processing
By placing an order with Olsan, you agree to our terms regarding order handling and customer responsibility. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the complete details. All orders are usually delivered within 5 business days. If any product is out of stock, our team will inform you via phone call or SMS along with the revised dispatch timeline.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Within Pakistan, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders regardless of size or weight. Deliveries outside Karachi typically require 5-8 business days. All orders will be
delivered only to the shipping address provided during checkout and cannot be redirected to any alternative location.
3. Product Use & Restrictions
All Olsan products and samples are intended strictly for personal use only. Unauthorized reselling, distribution, or commercial use of our products is prohibited. If we suspect misuse such as bulk ordering for resale, fraud, or any activity that violates our policies—we reserve the right to limit or cancel the order without prior notice.
4. Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or logistical factors. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, you may contact us through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Kindly keep your order number available for faster assistance.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If you receive a damaged product, a leaking container, the wrong item, or an incomplete order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the sealed flyer or envelope being opened and the product
inside. Supporting photos or videos may also be requested. Once we verify your claim, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit voucher depending on the situation.
6. Payment Policy
Olsan provides multiple payment methods for customer convenience. For local orders in Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and JazzCash for selected orders. After placing a local order, you will see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email with
your unique order number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us for verification.
